Cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 plain yogurtl
Nanuva Blueberry powder (any of your choice)
3 eggs
¼ vegetable oil
½ cup of sugar
2 cups of flour
1 spoon of baking powder
For the topping:
300 ml of whipping cream
Nanuva powder of any flavor

Preparation:
To start, preheat your oven to 350°F.
Pour the plain yogurt into a bowl, add the Nanuva blueberry powder (as much as you like), and mix well. Then, add the eggs, one at a time, and the vegetable oil and combine until the batter is light and fluffy. Slowly, add the sugar and the flour and mix, until the batter is well combined.
Now, fill the cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool.
For the topping, whisk the cream until starts to form soft peaks and doubles in size, and add Nanuva powder to add color and flavor. Keep whisking until the cream start to feel more solid. Add the cream on top once the cupcakes are cold. You can also use Nutella or jam as filling.
